The DL3M series has very small dimensions and the model with 15 degree lens allows the design of spot lighting systems. The light beam is concentrated in very precise areas and with a strong intensity.
The ability of DL3M LED series to manage multiple illuminators connected in a chain configuration also allows the design of systems that require multi-angle lighting or systems where the light diffusion must be created with a large number of single spots.
The particularity of the DL3M family of LED illuminators is the possibility of creating distributed lighting systems. Each single illuminator can be connected in series with a “chain” configuration capable of powering up to 6 illuminators with the same power supply. The power supply can be connected to a traditional 24Vdc power line. The driver can be fixed to a DIN rail and can manage a remote ON/OFF signal to control the illuminator by PLC, PC or external electronic controllers.
The new DL3M Series LED illuminators also allow the creation of smaller backlighting systems. The use of an opal glass installed in place of the transparent glass makes it possible to create a uniformly illuminated surface for the creation of vision systems that work with the principle of shadow projection.
The new DL3M series can be used for the design of distributed lighting on conveyor belts or on robot work areas where it is necessary to search for unordered products.
The possibility of creating chains of several illuminators connected to a single power supply allows the distribution of light even in very large work areas.
Each individual illuminator can be configured with a different wavelength or with a different light diffusion mode (3 different types of lenses and 2 different types of diffuser glasses). It is therefore possible to create systems with multi-color lighting or systems with different levels of light diffusion.
