Cuando una l\u00ednea de producci\u00f3n necesita manipular m\u00faltiples variantes de piezas o componentes con sutiles caracter\u00edsticas asim\u00e9tricas, las \u00abcompuertas\u00bb mec\u00e1nicas se vuelven propensas a los atascos o a los frecuentes cambios manuales. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los modernos <strong>sistemas de visi\u00f3n para alimentadores vibratorios<\/strong> ofrecen la flexibilidad necesaria para la Industria 4.0, pero son muy sensibles a las interferencias de la luz ambiental y a los \u00abpuntos calientes\u00bb de la superficie del alimentador. Si la iluminaci\u00f3n es irregular, el sistema de visi\u00f3n puede interpretar err\u00f3neamente un reflejo como una caracter\u00edstica estructural, lo que provoca \u00abfalsos rechazos\u00bb o, lo que es peor, una parada de la l\u00ednea debido a que una pieza mal orientada entra en la herramienta de montaje. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Matriz DL8: Alta Uniformidad para Geometr\u00edas Complejas<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La <strong>matriz<\/strong> de <strong>LED DL8<\/strong> de Roder Vision est\u00e1 dise\u00f1ada para integrarse directamente en la pista de alimentaci\u00f3n o en el punto de descarga de la cuba vibratoria.
