Par cons\u00e9quent, la d\u00e9tection des d\u00e9fauts doit geler le mouvement sans perdre de d\u00e9tails. Cela exige une classe d&rsquo;\u00e9clairage sp\u00e9cifique : en particulier, les r\u00e9tro\u00e9clairages haute intensit\u00e9 permettent une inspection en temps r\u00e9el sans ralentir la production.    <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cette page explique le fonctionnement du r\u00e9tro\u00e9clairage haute intensit\u00e9 sur les lignes rapides. De plus, elle r\u00e9pertorie les \u00e9clairages RODER Vision correspondants. L&rsquo;objectif est une inspection fiable \u00e0 pleine vitesse, de sorte que seuls les emballages parfaits atteignent la phase logistique.   <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00c9mission lumineuse et temps d&rsquo;exposition courts<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un mouvement rapide cr\u00e9e un risque \u00e9vident : le flou d&rsquo;image. Pour l&rsquo;\u00e9viter, la cam\u00e9ra n\u00e9cessite des temps d&rsquo;exposition tr\u00e8s courts. Par cons\u00e9quent, le capteur ne re\u00e7oit de la lumi\u00e8re que pendant un bref instant. Une grande quantit\u00e9 de lumi\u00e8re est donc n\u00e9cessaire pour l&rsquo;exposer correctement.   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le r\u00e9tro\u00e9clairage LED haute intensit\u00e9 fournit cette puissance. Il fonctionne souvent en mode stroboscopique. Dans ce mode, la lumi\u00e8re \u00e9met des impulsions synchronis\u00e9es avec l&rsquo;obturateur de la cam\u00e9ra. Ainsi, chaque image est lumineuse et nette. De plus, l&rsquo;impulsion g\u00e8le clairement l&#8217;emballage en mouvement.    <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le mode stroboscopique offre un second avantage. La lumi\u00e8re \u00e9tant \u00e9teinte entre les impulsions, les LED restent froides. Elles peuvent donc \u00eatre pilot\u00e9es en surintensit\u00e9 (overdrive) en toute s\u00e9curit\u00e9 pendant chaque flash. Cela augmente l&rsquo;intensit\u00e9 de cr\u00eate bien au-del\u00e0 du niveau continu. En cons\u00e9quence, m\u00eame les expositions tr\u00e8s courtes re\u00e7oivent suffisamment de lumi\u00e8re.    <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Que peut-on d\u00e9tecter en temps r\u00e9el ?<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La nettet\u00e9 du r\u00e9tro\u00e9clairage permet plusieurs contr\u00f4les \u00e0 pleine vitesse. L&#8217;emballage apparaissant comme une silhouette nette, les d\u00e9fauts ressortent imm\u00e9diatement. Les plus importants sont \u00e9num\u00e9r\u00e9s ci-dessous.  <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Micro-trous et d\u00e9chirures<\/strong> dans le carton ou les films plastiques.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Erreurs d&rsquo;alignement des rabats de fermeture<\/strong> compromettant l&#8217;emballage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>D\u00e9chets ou r\u00e9sidus<\/strong> pi\u00e9g\u00e9s \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur de la zone de soudure ou de scellage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Erreurs de forme et de dimension<\/strong> alt\u00e9rant le contour pr\u00e9vu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Chaque d\u00e9faut alt\u00e8re la silhouette de mani\u00e8re reconnaissable. Une d\u00e9chirure, par exemple, laisse passer la lumi\u00e8re l\u00e0 o\u00f9 l&#8217;emballage devrait \u00eatre opaque. Un rabat mal align\u00e9 modifie le contour. L&rsquo;algorithme signale donc le d\u00e9faut instantan\u00e9ment. En cons\u00e9quence, l&#8217;emballage d\u00e9fectueux est rejet\u00e9 avant de poursuivre.    <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cela importe particuli\u00e8rement dans la zone de scellage. Un r\u00e9sidu pi\u00e9g\u00e9 dans la soudure peut rompre le scell\u00e9 ult\u00e9rieurement. Cependant, sous r\u00e9tro\u00e9clairage, le contaminant bloque la lumi\u00e8re, apparaissant sous la forme d&rsquo;une marque nette dans la zone de scellage. Le syst\u00e8me \u00e9limine donc l&#8217;emballage avant qu&rsquo;une fuite ne survienne pendant le transport.    <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fiabilit\u00e9 op\u00e9rationnelle<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La puissance seule ne suffit pas sur une ligne industrielle ; la stabilit\u00e9 de la lumi\u00e8re importe tout autant. Les r\u00e9tro\u00e9clairages LED industriels maintiennent une intensit\u00e9 constante dans le temps. Le syst\u00e8me n\u00e9cessite donc beaucoup moins de r\u00e9\u00e9talonnages.   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cette stabilit\u00e9 a un effet direct sur les r\u00e9sultats. La luminosit\u00e9 ne subissant pas de d\u00e9rive, le seuil reste valide. La ligne fonctionne ainsi rapidement, en toute s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et avec un taux d&rsquo;erreur quasi nul. En pratique, la d\u00e9tection en temps r\u00e9el devient un processus invisible et infaillible.   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La gestion thermique renforce cette fiabilit\u00e9. De plus, les lignes d&rsquo;\u00e9tuisseuses et d&rsquo;encaisseuses b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient du contr\u00f4le de silhouette.   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&rsquo;approche traite \u00e9galement diff\u00e9rents mat\u00e9riaux. Les films, feuilles m\u00e9talliques, cartons et stratifi\u00e9s offrent tous une excellente imagerie en transmission. De plus, les surfaces sombres ou imprim\u00e9es n\u00e9cessitent simplement une intensit\u00e9 plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e.
