Description
Low-angle circular illuminators for machine vision applications with high uniformity of the framed field. Version with inclined LEDs able to guarantee high homogeneity and 360 degree illumination of the framed object.
RODER SRL presents the new LED circular illuminators DC2 series for machine vision, manual inspection, microscopes, optical machines and general illumination applications.
The DC2 series of illuminators is built with LEDs of last generation, able to guarantee high brightness, low consumption, high luminous efficiency and an average life of more than 100000 hours of operation (equal to 11 years with continuous use or 15-16 years with its discontinuous).
The LEDs are mounted with an inclination such as to convey the light emitted at the center of the illuminator, ensuring maximum brightness even in confined spaces and at short distances.
It is possible to choose between different sizes and different wavelengths. Custom versions are also available, made to specification and with customized features.
The housing of the DC2 series is in anodized aluminum, which gives the illuminator a good aesthetic finish and a high heat dissipation.
The cable with connector allows an easy and quick disconnection from the power supply unit for maintenance or cleaning operations.
The use of HTTM® technology (High Thermal Transmission Material – Roder Electronics Trademark) allows an adequate heat dissipation, a good color stability of the illuminator and a long operating life of the illuminator.
All the DC2 series illuminators integrate the drivers for the LED current stabilization and allow to operate with a direct power supply of 24 Vdc, keeping the light emission constant and ensuring a high homogeneity of the light emission matrix.
The small size of the illuminator allows the installation also in compact automatic machines and automatic production systems.
