High Brightness in Small Space: DC8 series is composed of high density and high brightness LED matrix. DC8 series illuminators are used in small spaces where high intensity direct illumination is required. DC8 series is designed for system integrators and OEMs who need to integrate the illuminator into a machine or customized devices.
RCCR© current driver: The DC8 series of illuminators integrates the RCCR© current driver (RODER Constant Current Regulator) which stabilizes and equalizes the current in each LED of the matrix. This provides a high uniformity of light emission and stabilizes the LED current even with small variations in the supply voltage. Unlike traditional technologies, the RCCR© current driver achieves optimal control of the current in the LED and a consequent improvement in the homogeneity characteristics of the emitted light.
HTTM© technology: Using HTTM© (High Thermal Transmission Material) technology to dissipate the heat generated by the LEDs. Proper heat dissipation allows the light sources and control electronics to maintain optimal working conditions. A special layer of material is used inside the illuminator for contact between the LEDs and the housing. In this way, the temperature of the LEDs is kept constant, the brightness is stable over time and the LED has a longer service life.
