The DC5 Series LED ring illuminators are precisely engineered for large-scale machine vision applications requiring a centered optical setup. Derived from the powerful DL5 panels, this series incorporates a central camera hole, allowing the lens to be perfectly positioned in the middle of the light source for reliable, high-contrast image acquisition.

Constructed using a 100×100 mm modular tile architecture, these units deliver exceptional scalability for wide inspection areas. Furthermore, the integrated MCCD (Multi Constant Current Driver) technology protects the entire system against unexpected power voltage drops. Consequently, the luminous output remains completely stable, ensuring consistent light intensity across the matrix.

Mechanically, the sturdy anodized aluminum frame prevents bending and features lateral T-slot grooves for highly adaptable, bracket-friendly mounting. Supported by advanced HTTM thermal management, the DC5 Series provides a durable and reliable lighting solution for heavy-duty automated inspection lines.
