The DL1 series is available in twelve standard formats, with active areas ranging from 25×100 mm up to 100×300 mm — including the 25×500 mm long bar and the compact 50×50 mm square — in three LED wavelengths: RED at 630 nm, WHITE neutral at 5500K, and BLUE at 465 nm. Each unit operates at 24 Vdc via an industrial M8 3-pin connector. Additional formats up to 25×800 mm are available for OEM integration upon request and may require longer production times.

Every DL1 illuminator is engineered to integrate directly into machine vision cells without additional mounting hardware.
