  • External Control Architecture: By operating via a current loop without an internal driver, this series offers complete electrical freedom. Integrators can easily deploy custom external controllers for continuous, PWM, or synchronized high-speed overdrive modes.
  • Unibody Aluminum Housing: Crafted from a single solid block of anodized aluminum, the circular structure provides maximum mechanical rigidity. This heavy-duty chassis actively protects internal components while serving as a highly efficient heat sink.
  • Space-Saving Direct Mount: Built-in through-holes completely eliminate the need for bulky additional mounting brackets. This streamlined mechanical design allows engineers to install the ring light quickly and securely within tightly constrained automated production environments.
  • Advanced HTTM Dissipation: Incorporating proprietary High Thermal Transmission Material, the system directly transfers internal heat to the external metal frame. Consequently, this advanced thermal management prevents chromatic shifts and significantly extends the operational lifespan.

The DC4 Series high-intensity LED ring lights are expertly crafted to deliver powerful, concentrated illumination for OEM equipment and automated production lines. Featuring integrated focusing lenses that provide a precise emission angle, these circular illuminators generate a highly directional beam ideal for capturing high-contrast images in demanding machine vision applications.

To provide maximum engineering flexibility, the architecture deliberately excludes an internal driver. As a result, system integrators can choose specific external controllers to drive the unit via a current loop. This enables the seamless implementation of PWM modulation and high-speed overdrive modes, perfectly synchronizing the light pulses with fast-moving targets to prevent motion blur.

Mechanically, the housing is machined from a single solid block of aluminum, ensuring exceptional structural rigidity. Furthermore, the combination of bracketless direct mounting through integrated holes and advanced HTTM thermal management provides a durable, space-saving solution that maintains strict optical stability over time.

    Threaded connector for easy assembly and quick disconnection for maintenance. A flexible cable gland fixes the cable to ensure a small bending radius.

    Black anodized aluminum enclsure. The use of aluminum ensures high heat dissipation from the LEDs and excellent mechanical robustness.
  3. Highly efficient and high intensity LEDs
    Using the latest generation of high brightness and low power LEDs. The LEDs used in the DL1 series have an integrated lens, have cutting-edge features and are produced by the largest LED manufacturer in the world.
  4. HTTM© Technology
    Using HTTM technology for high heat dissipation of LEDs. A special layer of material is used inside the illuminator for contact between the LEDs and the housing.
  5. 48H Test Certificate
    Each illuminator is subjected to a 48-hour test cycle and a test certificate is issued with the product. This procedure guarantees a high quality of the product delivered to the customer.
  6. Industrial design
    We design the entire DC4 family for industrial use on vision systems or optical test benches. The target customer for this product family is the industrial machine builder or vision system integrator.
