What inspired this series
The LED illuminator family was designed specifically for machine builders and OEMs.
The need was clear: a very compact light source, equipped with a linear array of LEDs with integrated lenses, capable of producing intense and uniform light beams.
To meet this requirement, we developed an aluminum housing combined with a precision-engineered mounting mask to hold the LED array. The low-profile design, made possible by the chosen assembly technique, allowed us to create an exceptionally compact enclosure without compromising performance.
The DL1 illuminator family is particularly appreciated by those seeking a compact, high-quality product with a highly efficient heat dissipation system.
